Placing an item in your cart does not reserve that product or price. We only consider an order confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity.

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

4.3 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

4.4 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup point, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your expense.

5.1 Return Policy

You may return most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unused and in resalable condition
• All original tags and protective covers must be attached
• The item must be in its original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any luggage that shows signs of use, damage, or is not in its original packaging.

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Provide your order number and product details
3. Wait for our response with a Returns Authorisation number and instructions
4. Securely pack the item in its original packaging with a copy of your order confirmation
5. Ship using a trackable service to the address we provide

5.3 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

5.4 Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or color, follow the return process above. Once we receive the original item, we will ship your new item via standard shipping at no extra cost.

5.5 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any luggage items that are not in new, unused, and resalable condition or not returned in their original protective packaging.
